Participant Bests the Legendary Sled, Merlin (Very Short Video)          Merlin’s prod actually crosses the finish line first, but it’s the hull that counts (per the RRS). Out of fairness, the Bill Lee-designed ULDB started the LAYC Pursuit race about an hour behind us and was traveling twice our speed at the end, but hey, a win's a win.
